Heavy-duty cultivator - ripper Hyp Til, for all basic tilling of soil.
Available in 2 or 3 rows. Ranging from 2.50 to 3.5 metres in width and 3 types:
Hyp Til rg: stable, with locking screw
Hyp Til sr: non stop with pressure springs
Hyp Til az: non stop with nitrogen accumulator.

Framework construction.

A powerful suspension pyramid with 3 points, 3 positions.

Fixed HypTL. Detail of tine with four bolts . A safety screw protects soil against obstacles.

The arrangement of tine ensures minimum obstruction from crop residues, while cultivating the entire land area ( no land remains uncut).

Non stop HypTL. tine detail.

Non stop HypTL , The compression springs protect the tine from obstacles . The swivel joints function with graphite bearings.

Details of clamps . Suspension of each tine part with 4 M20 bolts.

A variety of adaptable cutting edges , and wings , which change the effective width of each tine from 20 to 31 cm.

Hydraulic cylinders connected to a nitrogen accumulator ensure the uninterrupted operation in all soil types.

The strength of each part can be modified by increasing or reducing the operating pressure of the circuit, through the tractor.

The roller is hydraulically controlled – providing equal distribution of soil and "memory location ." The handwheels allow relative movement between them.
