Standard: Chassis of round sections 80/100 x 5, 60x4 and 6 mm sheet metal // 4 rows flex 45x12 // double row helical toothed rollers // setting of rollers done with handwheel.

The preparation cultivator PR 45x12 primes all crops for sowing and is also capable of and renewing and aerating soil .

Available in versions 3 & 4 rows flex, and widths from 3.00 m to 7.00 m
Models with a width greater than 3.30 m fold hydraulically.

The chassis of PR 20x20 is rigid by design since it is built on two different parallel planes . The distances between the rows varies between 40 - 45 -50 cm.

Longitudinal connection of round sections with high amplitude short sections (sheet metal 6 mm) of low profile increase the height allowance of the machine.

Rigid joints ( PR>4.0m) heavy, lubricated plates.

The hydraulics cylinders adjust length and the overload valve ensures the levelness of the machine.

New roller adjustment system . Height is controlled by a 2-coil handwheel thread (right - left ), standard, however, the angle of the roller can also be adjusted to default locations .

Not only is cutting depth controlled in this way but so is the final compaction of the soil, minimizing the possibility of residue build up.

In addition, the maximum height of the rollers (25 cm) allows for operation of the machine without their use.

The detachment of the roller is easy with PR, since two pins hold the roller groups.

Hydraulic roller adjustment is optional. The cylinders have memory location plates.
