Standard: Chassis of round sections 80/100 x 5 50x4 and 6 mm sheet metal// 4 rows flex 32x12 // double row helical toothed rollers // setting rollers with handwheel.

The sowing bed cultivator PR primes all crops for sowing and is also capable of and renewing and aerating soil .

Available in versions 2, 3 & 4-line flex, and widths from 2.20 m to 9.00m
Models with a width greater than 3.30 m fold hydraulically.

The chassis of PR is rigid by design since it is built on two different parallel planes .

Longitudinal connection of round sections with high amplitude short sections (sheet metal 6 mm) . Its low profile increases the height allowance of the machine.

Rigid joints ( PR>4.0m) heavy, lubricated plates.

The hydraulic cylinders adjust length and the overload valve ensures the levelness of the machine.

New roller adjustment system . Height is controlled by a 2-coil handwheel thread (right - left ), standard, however, the angle of the roller can also be adjusted to default locations .

Not only is cutting depth controlled in this way but so is the final compaction of the soil, minimizing the possibility of residue build up.

In addition, the maximum height of the rollers (25 cm) allows for operation of the machine without their use.

The detachment of the roller is easy with PR, since two pins hold the roller groups.

Index position handwheel

Hydraulic roller adjustment is optional. The cylinders have memory location plates.

Roller reinforced by plate 5 & 6 mm helical, toothed . The supports are made with lubricated graphite bearings . Optionally, bearings are fitted with ball bearings.

The transport width of 20x20 Pr 4.00 , 4.50 , 5.00 , 5.50 , 6.00 , 6.50 , 7.00 is smaller than 3 m

2 types of flex tines can be customised.

A roller can be fitted in the front section of PR with customised height control (upon request).
